RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS **
Payment Policy: A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation. Once you book, a 50% deposit will be taken, this is Non-Refundable if you decide to cancel. The remaining 50% will be taken at the property, we accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or bank transfer (we do not accept American Express)
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking within 24hrs of making the reservation, you will avail of free cancellation. After 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the payment this is non-refundable & is required to secure the booking.
*The property reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Should the card decline, we reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and should a valid card not be provided we have 'The right to cancel the reservation’*
Check in & check out: Check in is from 4pm, you can collect your keys from The White Room, located on Henry Street Kenmare. We are open until 6/7pm every evening. If you plan to arrive later than this, please inform us by email email@example.com or by phone 0646640600. Check out is strictly 10am.
Damage to property: In the unlikely event that something has been stained beyond repair, or damaged during your stay we ask that you bring it to our attention before your departure. If it needs replacing or additional cleaning an extra charge will apply. Additional cleaning charge is EUR120.
*We don't take group bookings for any type of gatherings or parties.
Kenmare Luxury Holiday Homes is not suitable for groups of guests travelling to the town to celebrate Hen or Stag nights.
