Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, the full balance (remaining 50%) will still be due.

House Rules

• No smoking inside the house.

• No parties or events permitted.

• Check-in and check-out times must be followed as agreed in advance.

• Guests must leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.

• Any damages, breakages, or additional cleaning required beyond normal use will be charged to the guest.
